Sometimes as we get older we start to notice how some things aren't as tight or firm as they use to be. I've even been victim to feeling as though my butt was dropping. OH NOOOOOOO!!!! Can't have that, not at all!!! LOL! So I came up with a short routine that is known for tightning the glutes (muscles in your bum) and lifting to achieve firmness :-) Hope yall enjoy!!!
